We process the shipping within 48 hours after an order is placed and confirmed. In the next 48 hours, you get the confirmation of packaging and shipment. The rest 48 hours are taken for our logistic partner to bring the placed order to your doorstep. Finally, the whole procedure takes up to seven business or working days. Please be informed that shipments are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays and the shipment may get delayed in the event of a high volume of orders. We kindly ask you to allow for additional transit days for delivery. Our customers will be priorly informed and reached out via email or phone for each important piece of information regarding the shipment and delivery of your product. 

The delivery charge is determined as per the location of the placed order. We charge a delivery fee for placed orders, the fee of which may vary according to the product size, weight, etc. The delivery charges for both international and national orders vary. 

We utilize reputable delivery partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery Bluedart, and DTDC for domestic orders and Aramex or DHL for international shipments. Our international pricing may differ from our INR pricing due to currency fluctuations. 

Era Artisan is not liable for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes.
